O livro do Daniel Wahl, 'Designing Regenerative Cultures' oferece dezenas de perguntas, importantes para cada um de nós, para os lugares onde a nossa vida acontece. Como podemos estimular que grupos e pessoas atentas e comprometidas se possam juntar, um pouco por todo o lado, e iniciem conversas que importam para os seus futuros, para o futuro dos seus filhos, netos, sobrinhos, para o futuro das suas comunidades e dos lugares onde vivem ? Nesta edição coloco possibilidades, que cobrem diferentes contextos, de informais a formais, de diversas áreas, activistas ou intervenção, de descoberta ou replicação/ adaptação, para que grupos de pessoas atentas e comprometidas possam se juntar e iniciar as conversas que urge fazer para podermos acelerar a transição para uma cultura responsável e regenerativa. The Week A Maria convida-nos a fazermos a jornada do The Week em Maio, em conjunto. Depois de fazerem esta jornada com a Maria, podem organizar para as vossas regiões, para os vossos amigos, nas vossas casas, online, nas empresas, centros comunitários, onde a criatividade vos levar. Awakin Circle O projecto Service Space, um dos projectos que me tem inspirado na última década, criou o formato awakin circle, que consiste num encontro de pessoas para meditar, conversar em circulo e partilhar refeições. Equipa de Possibilidades Se tens um Expand the Box, cria uma equipa de possibilidades, sobre um tema que seja do teu interesse e da tua região. Eu tenho uma equipa de possibilidades para fazer sensemaking do Mundo há cerca de 8 anos, com o Claudian e Paulo Carvalho. Tenho uma com a Joana Cruz e o Gil Penha Lopes para o trabalho em Possiiblity Management e esta a nascer uma sobre o ser trainer de ETB. Imagina uma possibility team, de 3 a 12 pessoas, que explora, semanalmente 'quem precisamos Ser e o que precisamos fazer para fazermos a transição para arquiarquia ?' Círculos de Homens e Mulheres Cria o teu circulo de homens, se for homem. Ou de Mulheres, se fores mulher. O Gil, o Ivan e eu temos um circulo de homens baseado em Possibility Management. A Joana, A Patrícia e a Sofia o circulo das mulheres baseado em Possibility Management. Também podes encontrar circulos de homems e mulheres no Awakened Life Project. Ulab Todos os anos o Presencing Institute lança o programa Ulab 1.0 em Setembro e depois o ULab 2.0 em Janeiro. Permite a criação de equipas e a sua capacitação para acção. Várias pessoas tem estado a segurar Hubs em Portugal - a Maria Coelho e a Cathia estão a segura um na Marmeleira, Santarém. Activismo pela Água Tamera tem liderado em Odemira o activismo pela água, co-criando e colaborando com os projectos locais como o ClaraLab entre muitos outros. Este tema é comum a várias áreas do país. Idanha-a-Nova iniciou conversas com Odemira para explorar como se pode juntar a este movimento que se quer, local, nacional e mundial. Precisamos de todo o ativismo pela Água, Solo e Ar para que a Vida seja possível. Festival Umundu Festival colaborativo para a Sustentabilidade. Parabéns aos cooperantes fundadores. O movimento começou. Qual será a próxima ? Um passarinho me contou que as pessoas de Idanha-a-Nova estavam a considerar essa possibilidade. A nossa visita a Montemor-o-Novo em Set.2021 permitiu conhecer a Minga, as Oficinas do Convento e a Herdade do Freixo do Meio, três projectos que são blocos na construção de comunidades locais resilientes e regenerativas: organização entre pares, competências locais e produção local de alimentos biógicos. Em Idanha-a-Nova, Oledo, há o Espaço Aldeão que nasceu da necessidade da Ema e da sua família quando foram viver para Oledo. Um espaço que acolhe aqueles as pessoas e famílias que estão a escolher viver em Idanha-a-Nova e as ajuda neste processo de transição. Espreitem o projecto Aldeias a Vista no Sul de Portugal. Poderá inspirar programas semelhantes em outras zonas de Portugal - a nota é ter uma matriz mais regenerativa, por exemplo na alimentação. O Festival Umundu, festival colaborativo em sustentabilidade, está de regresso para a sua edição de 2022 e recebe propostas até ao final de Abril. Como se pode replicar em outros LUGARES de Portugal ? O projecto Catalyst 2030 lança a 3ª edição do Catalyst Change Week 2022 a decorrer em Maio e que será uma oportunidade para aprender sobre a construção de estratégias de mudança sistêmica para acelerar o cumprimento da Agenda 2030 Espreitem a prática do NNI que a Paula Oliveira segue apaixonadamente, uma prática de diálogo.
