Festival Coletivo para a Transformação Sustentável

O Festival Umundu Lx 2022 (Outubro 2022) terá como tema central “Uma Só Terra”. 

Esta será a terceira edição do festival que tem fomentado, ao longo dos anos, discussões e ações de conscientização relativamente à forma como estamos a viver ou “sobreviver” num planeta finito e o modo de atuação/funcionamento do sistema socioeconómico. Grandes catástrofes tornam-se cada vez mais frequentes e de proporções anormais, atingindo sobretudo as comunidades mais pobres e vulneráveis. Aumento dos níveis de emissões de gases com efeito de estufa, desmatamento, extinção de espécies, degradação do solo são ameaças à vida na Terra; além da elevação das  temperaturas médias anuais, o aumento do nível do mar e a extinção de recursos naturais que têm causado grandes secas, desalojamentos e, portanto, migrações obrigatórias, respetivamente. Diante deste quadro, em mais um ano de ativismo o Umundu Lx 2022 será uma plataforma física e virtual coletiva que reúne ideias e ação através da junção de diversas organizações, em busca da justiça climática, da transformação sustentável e da justiça social. 

Awakened Life Project

 At Awakened Life Project we are currently pioneering two projects that I would like to share with you:

The ALP Men's Collective has been developing for around 13 years and we are so inspired by the love, vulnerability, strength and spiritual passion that is the ground we walk on that we now feel the call to share our learnings and discoveries with any men who are interested.

Programas de activação para culturas regenerativas // Activation programs for regenerative culture

No contexto do projecto  PM+DR o Gil e eu temos a intuição que as bio-regiões em Portugal estão prontas para desenhar estratégias 2050 para o seu desenvolvimento regenerativo.

Para nós isso faz-se activando pessoas no território e capacitando-as para, em co-criação, nutrirem guildas locais e mobilizarem projectos e pessoas para termos culturas responsáveis e regenerativas no sentido de criarem condições para nós e para as próximas gerações.

Chamamos a esses programas programas de activação para culturas responsáveis e regenerativas. Abaixo podem encontrar uma chamada a investidores que queiram financiar estes programas e onde podem encontrar mais detalhes sobre os programas.

O nosso macro-plano é:

1. Encontrarmos investidores locais e globais que suportem 58.800 € para 3 bio- regiões

- Até 8.Abr 7 pessoas contribuiram com 4850 Eur

2. Com o financiamento, seleccionar 3 bio-regiões que queiram experimentar este programa de activação em 3 meses. Serão 12 pessoas por bio-região.
- Até 8.Abr 1 bioregião iniciou a sua activação: Extremadura Oeste que envolve Sintra, Mafra, Arruda dos Vinhos, Torres Vedras e Alcabaça (Gil Penha-Lopes, Rui Vasques)

3. Faz a experiência em 3 regiões. Aprender e aplicar a outras bio-regiões.

In the context of the PM+DR  project, Gil and I have the intuition that the bioregions in Portugal are ready to design 2050 strategies for their regenerative development.

For us this is done by activating people in the territory and enabling them to, in co-creation, nurture local guilds and mobilize projects and people to have responsible and regenerative cultures in order to create conditions for us and for the next generations.

We call these programs 'activation programs for responsible and regenerative cultures'. Below you can find a call to investors (in Portuguese) who want to fund these programs and where you can find more details about the programs.

Our macro-plan is:

1. Find local and global investors that support €60,000 for 3 bio-regions

- Until 8.Apr 7 persons donate 4850 Eur

2. With the funding, select 3 bio-regions that want to try this activation program in 3 months. There will be 12 people per bio-region.

- Until 8.Abr 1 bioregion start the activation: Extremadura Oeste = Sintra, Mafra, Arruda dos Vinhos, Torres Vedras, Alcabaça (Gil Penha-Lopes/ Enxara, Rui Vasques/ Live with Earth)

Silêncio pela Paz // “Silence for Peace” - 9, 10 de April ""

No contexto do Dia Internacional da Consciência das Nações Unidas, convidamo-vos para os encontros de “Silêncio pela Paz” que irão acontecer no próximo fim de semana de 9 e 10 de Abril de 2022 em vários horários e locais. A entrada é gratuita.

Num momento em que as posições se extremam e polarizam, acreditamos na importância de criar um movimento que não esteja contra uns e a favor de outros, mas que busque o bem de todos.

Somos um grupo de pessoas com várias sensibilidades e visões do mundo, unidos pela aspiração à Paz e convictos que os nossos recursos espirituais e internos são infinitamente mais poderosos que todo o armamento bélico. Recentemente recebemos o apoio da UNESCO e da Universidade de Lisboa.

Acreditamos no imenso poder de estarmos juntos em silêncio, com os corações unidos pela Paz interior, irradiando amorosa e compassivamente esta Presença para que pacifique exterior e interiormente todos os que estejam em conflito e sofrimento, na Ucrânia e em todo o mundo.

Nestes encontros silenciosos, iremos formar um círculo durante uma hora. Cada um pode praticar como preferir, de acordo com as suas referências espirituais, religiosas ou filosóficas: meditação, oração, yoga, mindfulness, artes contemplativas, escrita, chi kung, leitura, escutar áudio/vídeo (com auscultadores), etc.

Podemos dedicar uma hora a apenas um destes métodos ou usar vários métodos na mesma hora. O importante é que possamos começar, continuar e concluir com uma intenção amorosa.

No centro do círculo iremos colocar plantas e flores. Quem quiser poderá trazer um pequeno vaso de casa, devendo levá-lo consigo no final do encontro.

In the context of the United Nations International Day of Conscience, we would like you to join us for the “Silence for Peace" gathering on the weekend of April 9 and 10, 2022, at different schedules and locations. Entry is free.

When viewpoints become extreme and polarized, we believe in the power of creating a movement on behalf of harmony and peace for everyone, rather than in favor of one as opposed to another.

We are a group of people with different perspectives and visions of the world, united by the will of peace.  We believe our internal spiritual resources are way more powerful than any military weapon. We recently received support from UNESCO and from “Universidade de Lisboa”.

We believe in the immense power of being together in silence, hearts united through inner peace, spreading a loving and compassionate Presence to pacify, internally and externally, everyone involved in conflict and suffering, in Ukraine and other parts of the world.

The “Silence for Peace” gatherings last for one hour. During this time each participant is free to practice in silence according to her/his own spiritual, religious or philosophical references: meditation, prayer, yoga, mindfulness, contemplative arts, writing, chi kung, reading, audio/video listening (with earphones), etc.

During the entire hour, each person can choose to practice only one method or a couple of methods. The most important thing is to start, continue and end the session with a loving intention.

In the center of the circle we will place plants and flowers. Everyone is welcome to bring a small vase from home which should be taken back at the end of the encounter.

Innovations for the Future and Society 4.0 (Apr.2021)

 Em Janeiro tivemos os 'crowd circles'  com a pergunta 'O que é o I4F ?'. 

Em Fevereiro os 'crowd circles' com a pergunta 'O que esta a funcionar nos projectos que pode ser adoptado por outros projectos no I4F ?'

Em Março os 'crowd circles' foram de exploração de alguns conceitos I4F ('O que são... e como podem ajudar o I4F ?'): Ecoaldeias, Espaços Legacy, FDLR (MICRO), Thematic Labs (MESO), Serviços (MACRO).

Em Abril vamos criar um espaço de silêncio para ouvir, para escutar o que não esta a ser dito, o que quer nascer, o que quer morrer, o que quer evoluir.

No final do email podem encontrar um resumo da colheita destes meses. Partilho tb a reflexão que fiz no meu blog 'Mapas para uma sociedade 4.0' (www.marcodeabreu.com/blog) e a reflexão/ observação e aprendizagens que estão vivas em mim ao presente.

Uma sociedade 4.0 é: regenerativa, awareness-based e co-criada em/e por equipas.

* Regeneração
No tema regeneração, os projectos e as pessoas da crowd I4F estão bem ancorados na sua ligação ao planeta, o que me faz sentir contente. Em geral, a perspectiva é que a natureza está dentro de nós e não fora de nós (e.g. recurso). A oportunidade aqui é trazer modelos práticos e científicos de regeneração, que permitam criar uma linguagem comum entre nós, suportar o desenvolvimento regenerativo dos nossos projectos e comunidades, bem como potenciar a co-criação.

É por isso que estamos a suportar a organização de cursos no modelo do Regenesis Institute for Regenerative Practice (https://regenerat.es/). Observamos também que emergem muitas equipas de desenvolvimento regenerativo como a HabitaRegen, Eco Interventions e a Orla Design. 

A sublinhar é a regeneração ao nível humano (bem-estar individual) e social (bem estar colectivo e felicidade pública), ou seja, aos elementos intangíveis, invisíveis, bem como as dinâmicas de mudança sistémica. Podemos observar isso nas partilhas de 'isolamento e falta de apoio' que falam muitos dos empreendedores e equipas de projectos.

Aqui são particularmente importantes os trabalhos que vem a ser realizados por várias equipas no pais do qual destaco:
- A congregação liderada pela Helena Freitas na UC (e.g. solos, redes locais de alimentação)
- A congregação liderada pela Helena Marujo no ISCSP (e.g. bem estar individual, felicidade pública)
- A equipa do CE3C na FC do Gil, Filipe, André, David, et all (e.g. regeneração, participatory action research)
- A congregação do ULAB.ISEG do Manuel, Sofia et all que tem explorado os temas da economia numa sociedade 4.0 (e.g. Donuts economy) e da sua organização (e.g. teal organizations)
- A congregação da NovaSBE que estuda a mudança sistémica onde a Silvia co-inspira
- A Congregação da Rebundance liderada pela Livia Tirone


* Awareness-Based e co-criação
Há a convicção generalizada que a mudança sistémica precisa de uma evolução na consciência, o que me faz sentir contente. A oportunidade aqui é ajudar a que cada pessoa e cada projecto possam enraizar práticas de awareness.  

Ao nível da pessoa, práticas como o mindfulnes (ou meditação em geral), journaling, yoga, chi kung, focusing, experiência somática, 5 ritmos, Biodanza ou tantas outras e que possam cobrir temas como o bem estar do corpo físico, emocional, intelectual, energético, propósito de vida, relações, parentalidade, sexualidade, sombra, entre tantos outros.
Aqui posso destacar, entre muitos outros, o trabalho de:
- Congregação do Possibility Management que em Portugal é suportada pela Joana Cruz , Yorgos Aenaos et all
- Congregação do Awakened Life Project liderado pela partnership Cynthia e Pete
- Congregação do Despertutor liderada pelo Soutelinho (que tb trabalha grupos/ equipas)
- Congregação do Deep-U liderada pela partnership Maria-Daniel e Vasco
- Congregação do Upaya liderada pela partnership Ana e Sagara
- Congregação do Circulo do Entre-Ser liderada pela partnership Daniela e Paulo
- Congregação do Instituto Macrobiótico (umas das pioneiras)

* Equipas
Ao nível das equipas/  grupos/ colectivos, falamos de práticas como círculo, check-in, check-out, colaboração, participação, SPT, Constelações Sistémicas, entre muitas outras. Em Portugal destacam-se os trabalhos das congregações:
- Rede de Council Portugal,
- Art-of-Hosting Portugal
- Dragon Dreaming Portugal
- Possibility Management Portugal
- Psicologia Positiva
- CE3C
- Teoria U e SPT em Portugal com projectos como Deep-U, ULAB.ISEG e Quinta Ten Chi

É por isso que estamos a organizar o ETB-I4F (Expand the Box for I4F) e consideramos a organização de um Deep-U - I4F.
Importa reflectir o papel das FDLR e dos espaços Legacy neste contexto, para suporte dos projectos locais, bem como das comunidades que servem. Fico curioso como podem colaborar projectos como Deep-U e Upaya (para mim Labs nesta área) com espaços Legacy como ClaraLab, Universidade dos Valores. O Gravito e o Ten Chi já tem muita desta dimensão presente no seu desenho base.

No contexto das equipas, há muitos projectos cuja liderança é de 1 pessoa, sendo a grande maioria uma liderança de partnerships (2 pessoas que constituem um casal). Para nós uma equipa é constituída por 3 ou mais elementos (e.g. 3 pessoas; 1 pessoa e 1 partnership; 2 partnership e 1 pessoa; 1 partnership e 3 pessoas). A oportunidade aqui é estimular cada projecto a ter a sua equipa de 3 ou mais elementos, onde a co-criação possa acontecer, bem como a gestão de possibilidades e o suporte ao desenvolvimento de cada elemento da equipa. Na teoria U chamam-se 'core teams' / 'extended teams'. No Possibility Management 'possibility teams'. No Microsolidarity 'CREWS'. Nas Organizações Teal 'teal teams').

Para além das acções atrás referidas, estamos a organizar o Gathering Anual, e as Learning and Sensing Journey. O trabalho que tenho vindo a realizar em projectos como Eternal Forest, Raiz de Portugal, Naturalmente, Ten Chi, Universidade dos Valores, Fundação Terra Agora entre outros é sobre este tema de constituir e âncora equipas.

* Financiamento e Gestão Financeira  
Um tema comum a todos os projectos é o financiamento e a gestão financeira/ projecto. Nenhum projecto apontou esta área como uma das que esta a funcionar bem. É comum ouvirmos falar de:
- Dificuldade em gerir aplicações aos fundos por os projectos serem complexos e envolvem muitas áreas (o que implica muitas candidaturas e muita logística)
- Dificuldade a chegar a investidores e fundos conscientes
- Medição de impactos e ODS (Objectivos dos Desenvolvimento Sustentável)
- Ter o envolvimento de investidores e peritos/ conhecimento em diversas áreas
- Investimento de média (mais de 3 anos) e longa duração (e.g. 10, 20 anos)
- Investimento semente e de apoio ao desenho do projectos (e.g. regeneração, floresta, agrofloresta)
- Poucos fundos para a regeneração e economia regenerativa que peçam impacto nos capitais económicos, naturais, sociais e inspiração

Observo também haver muitas pessoas e equipas com muito conhecimento nestas áreas como por exemplo ClaraLab, Universidade dos Valores, Reflorestar Portugal, CE3C, Copernico e Go Parity, Sofia, Luis, Barbara, Nuno entre muitos outros.

A Equipa de Regenerative Funding and Finance nasce neste contexto, para encontrar respostas nestas áreas e ligar as pessoas e projectos que tem conhecimento e trabalham nestes domínios. Um trabalho consciente na energia do dinheiro é fundamental para podermos avançar rapidamente para a sociedade com que sonhamos.

* Mapeamento e sensemaking
Também há vários esforços de mapeamento do 'novo' que emerge em Portugal. Algumas plataformas como rede convergir, ODS local, corrente.pt, bem como projectos como a Cátedra para a Educação para a Paz, ULAB.ISEG, IES, IPAR, Ashoka Portugal (educação) entre outros tem feito esforço de mapear os projectos e pessoas que estão a inovar. A oportunidade aqui é encontrar sinergias e desenhar projectos financiados que possam criar mapas vivos, que permitam a ecologia se ver a si própria e fazer sentido. Um exemplo para inspirar pode ser https://maps.laudesfoundation.org/economic-system/ ou o https://nexial.co/maps/sdg5/.

A equipa 'System Change, I4F Process and Mapping' surge para dar resposta a esta oportunidade.

O tema da colaboração, governação e partilha no I4F tem gerado energia. Há pessoas a querer colaborar e os primeiros passos foram dados na comunicação. A oportunidade aqui é promover a maior co-criação, colaboração entre todas as pessoas que querem participar, tornar coerente a comunicação e haver um ponto de agregação de toda a informação.

* Projectos locais
O último aspecto que trago, é como dar visibilidade a projectos inovadores, locais, em áreas como educação, alimentação, inovação social, economia circular, regeneração, florestas, solos, agrofloresta e entre outros. A oportunidade aqui é continuar a fazer o weaving e chegar a cada vez mais projectos em cada sector. As FDLR podem ser instrumentos muito eficazes na criação destas redes locais - dito de outra forma de criar o fractal I4F em cada localidade - Crowd e/ou Congregação Local.


Resumo as oportunidades:
- Adoptar um modelo regenerativo
- Introduzir práticas de awareness individual

- Evolução dos projectos para equipas (3+ pessoas) suportadas por práticas de awareness colectivas e governação dialógica

- Co-criação nas equipas, local e sistemica (uma empresa/ cooperativa/ comunidade como uma congregação de equipas)
- Financiamento e Finanças Regenerativas
- Mapeamento e sensemaking
- Colaboração e comunicação I4F
- Weaving ao nível local / MICRO

In January we had the crowd circles with the question 'What is I4F?'.

In February the crowd circles with the question 'What is working on the projects that can be adopted by other projects at I4F?'

In March the crowd circles explored some I4F concepts ('What are ... and how can they help I4F?'): Eco-villages, Legacy Spaces, FDLR (MICRO), Thematic Labs (MESO), Services ( MACRO).

In April we will create a space of silence to listen, to listen to what is not being said, what wants to be born, what wants to die, what wants to evolve.

At the end of the email you can find a summary of the harvest of these months. I also share the reflection I made on my blog 'Maps for a society 4.0' (www.marcodeabreu.com/blog) and the reflection / observation and learning that are alive in me at the present.

A 4.0 society is: regenerative, awareness-based and co-created in / and by teams.

* Regeneration
On the subject of regeneration, the projects and people of the I4F crowd are well anchored in their connection to the planet, which makes me feel happy. In general, the perspective is that nature is within us and not outside of us (e.g. resource). The opportunity here is to bring practical and scientific models of regeneration, which allow us to create a common language among us, support the regenerative development of our projects and communities, as well as enhance co-creation.

That is why we are supporting the organization of courses on the model of the Regenesis Institute for Regenerative Practice (https://regenerat.es/). We also see that many regenerative development teams emerge, such as HabitaRegen, Eco Interventions and Orla Design.

To underline is the regeneration at the human level (individual well-being) and social (collective well-being and public happiness), that is, the intangible, invisible elements, as well as the dynamics of systemic change. We can see this in the 'isolation and lack of support' shares that many of the entrepreneurs and project teams speak about.

Particularly important here are the work being carried out by various teams in the country from which I detach:
- The congregation led by Helena Freitas at the UC (e.g. soils, local food networks)
- The congregation led by Helena Marujo at ISCSP (e.g. individual well-being, public happiness)
- The CE3C team at FC do Gil, Filipe, André, David, et all (e.g. regeneration, participatory action research)
- The ULAB.ISEG congregation of Manuel, Sofia et all who has explored the themes of economics in a 4.0 society (e.g. Donuts economy) and its organization (e.g. teal organizations)
- The NovaSBE congregation that studies systemic change where Silvia co-inspires
- The Congregation of Rebundance led by Livia Tirone


* Awareness-Based and Co-Creation
There is a widespread belief that systemic change needs an evolution in consciousness, which makes me feel happy. The opportunity here is to help each person and each project to take root in awareness practices.

At the person level, practices such as mindfulnes (or meditation in general), journaling, yoga, chi kung, focusing, somatic experience, 5 rhythms, Biodanza or so many others and that can cover topics such as the well being of the physical, emotional body, intellectual, energetic, life purpose, relationships, parenting, sexuality, shadow, among many others.
Here I can highlight, among many others, the work of:
- Congregation of Possibility Management, which in Portugal is supported by Joana Cruz, Yorgos Aenaos et all
- Congregation of the Awakened Life Project led by the partnership Cynthia and Pete
- Awakening Congregation led by Soutelinho (who also works in groups / teams)
- Deep-U congregation led by the Maria-Daniel and Vasco partnership
- Upaya Congregation led by the Ana and Sagara partnership
- Congregation of the Entre-Ser Circle led by the partnership Daniela and Paulo
- Congregation of the Macrobiotic Institute (one of the pioneers)

* Teams
At the level of teams / groups / collectives, we speak of practices such as circle, check-in, check-out, collaboration, participation, SPT, Systemic Constellations, among many others. In Portugal, the work of the congregations stands out:
- Council Portugal network,
- Art-of-Hosting Portugal
- Dragon Dreaming Portugal
- Possibility Management Portugal
- Positive Psychology
- CE3C
- Theory U and SPT in Portugal with projects such as Deep-U, ULAB.ISEG and Quinta Ten Chi

That is why we are organizing the ETB-I4F (Expand the Box for I4F) and we consider the organization of a Deep-U - I4F.
It is important to reflect on the role of FDLR and Legacy spaces in this context, to support local projects, as well as the communities they serve. I'm curious how projects like Deep-U and Upaya (for me Labs in this area) can collaborate with Legacy spaces like ClaraLab, University of Values. Gravito and Ten Chi already have a lot of this dimension present in their basic design.

In the context of the teams, there are many projects whose leadership is 1 person, the vast majority being a partnership leader (2 people who make up a couple). For us, a team consists of 3 or more elements (e.g. 3 people; 1 person and 1 partnership; 2 partnership and 1 person; 1 partnership and 3 people). The opportunity here is to encourage each project to have its team of 3 or more elements, where co-creation can take place, as well as the management of possibilities and support for the development of each element of the team. In theory U are called 'core teams' / 'extended teams'. No Possibility Management 'possibility teams'. In Microsolidarity 'CREWS'. In Organizations Teal 'teal teams').

In addition to the actions mentioned above, we are organizing the Annual Gathering, and the Learning and Sensing Journey. The work that I have been carrying out in projects like Eternal Forest, Raiz de Portugal, Naturally, Ten Chi, University of Values, Terra Agora Foundation, among others, is on this theme of constituting and anchoring teams.

* Funding and Financial Management
A common theme for all projects is financing and financial / project management. No project has identified this area as one that is working well. It is common to hear about:
- Difficulty in managing applications to the funds because the projects are complex and involve many areas (which implies many applications and a lot of logistics)
- Difficulty reaching conscious investors and funds
- Measuring impacts and SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)
- Have the involvement of investors and experts / knowledge in different areas
- Medium (over 3 years) and long-term investment (e.g. 10, 20 years)
- Seed investment and support for project design (e.g. regeneration, forest, agroforestry)
- Few funds for regeneration and regenerative economy that have an impact on economic, natural, social capital and inspiration

I also observe that there are many people and teams with a lot of knowledge in these areas such as ClaraLab, University of Values, Reflorestar Portugal, CE3C, Copernico and Go Parity, Sofia, Luis, Barbara, Nuno among many others.

The Regenerative Funding and Finance Team was born in this context, to find answers in these areas and to connect the people and projects that have knowledge and work in these fields. Conscious work on the energy of money is essential for us to be able to move quickly towards the society we dream of.

* Mapping and sensemaking
There are also several efforts to map the 'new' that emerges in Portugal. Some platforms such as the converging network, local SDGs, Corrente.pt, as well as projects such as the Chair for Education for Peace, ULAB.ISEG, IES, IPAR, Ashoka Portugal (education), among others, have made an effort to map the projects and people that are innovating. The opportunity here is to find synergies and design funded projects that can create living maps, that allow ecology to see itself and make sense. An example to inspire can be https://maps.laudesfoundation.org/economic-system/ or https://nexial.co/maps/sdg5/.

The 'System Change, I4F Process and Mapping' team appears to respond to this opportunity.

The theme of collaboration, governance and sharing at I4F has generated energy. There are people wanting to collaborate and the first steps have been taken in communication. The opportunity here is to promote greater co-creation, collaboration between all the people who want to participate, to make communication coherent and to have a point of aggregation of all information.

* Local projects
The last aspect I bring, is how to give visibility to innovative, local projects, in areas such as education, food, social innovation, circular economy, regeneration, forests, soils, agroforestry and others. The opportunity here is to continue to do the weaving and reach more and more projects in each sector. RLDF can be very effective tools in the creation of these local networks - in other words, to create the I4F fractal in each locality - Crowd and / or Local Congregation.

UNESCO Chair on Education for Global Peace and Sustainability (Feb.2022)

O projeto da Cátedra da UNESCO na Ulisboa continua a criar 

o que tem mais sentido para mim, pois a universidade está ferida, 
desmembrada, deslocada do centro da vida das pessoas e das mudanças 
transformacionais em que, bem ou mal, acredito.

Aí, na Cátedra, temos momentos mensais para Partilhar a Paz (no 
próximo dia 15/2 às 19h faremos um encontro presencial num 
cabeleireiro em Mem-Martins - queremos estar nos locais mais simples, 
deslocados dos centros e das "importâncias" do poder, e que são 
Terceiros Lugares nas Comunidades - com transmissão online, sobre o 
tema da Revolução do Amor); temos projetos em redor da atenção à 
Bondade (uma bondade critica, de mãos na vida, mas de empenho 
gracioso, generoso,  amoroso e harmonioso com os outros seres vivos e 
com o planeta, com projetos em Escolas, designado "Porque 
#ABondadeImporta todos os dias"), temos inúmeras candidaturas para 
projetos de empoderamento de mulheres excluídas, de levar a beleza aos 
mais vulneráveis económica e socialmente, de proteção de ribeiras 
através das artes com pessoas desempregadas, acompanhamento de 
projetos de meditação em escolas de intervenção prioritária, de 
facilitação de programas sobre educação transformadora, sobre 
liderança empática e sociocracia, ou o caminho semanal de partilhar 
nas redes sociais textos convidativos à reflexão e ação critica para a 
construção da paz no quotidiano. Em toda a vulnerabilidade e 
fragilidade de cada projeto, de cada sonho, de cada pessoa, tentamos 
ser comunidade.

The UNESCO Chair project in Ulisboa continues to create
what makes more sense to me, because the university is injured,
dismembered, displaced from the center of people's lives and changes
transformations in which, for better or worse, I believe.

There, in the Chair, we have monthly moments to Share Peace (in
next 15/2 at 19h we will have a face-to-face meeting in a
hairdresser in Mem-Martins - we want to be in the simplest places,
displaced from the centers and "importances" of power, and which are
Third Places in Communities - with online broadcast, about the
theme of the Revolution of Love); we have projects around attention to
Kindness (a critical kindness, hands on, but with commitment
gracious, generous, loving and harmonious with other living beings and
with the planet, with projects in Schools, called "Because
#KindenessMatters  everyday"), we have numerous applications for
projects to empower excluded women, to bring beauty to
most economically and socially vulnerable, for the protection of streams
through the arts with unemployed people, accompaniment of
meditation projects in priority intervention schools, from
facilitating programs on transformative education, on
empathic leadership and sociocracy, or the weekly way of sharing
in social networks, texts that invite reflection and critical action for the
building peace in everyday life. In all vulnerability and
fragility of each project, each dream, each person, we try to
be community.

The signs of greater collective and personal consciousness are there. of greater

A Fundação Terra Agora tem por objecto contribuir para a protecção, conservação, regeneração e governação do Planeta Terra, em particular a sua parte terrestre, bem comum que a Fundação cuida, procurando em especial:

1. Actuar em prol da protecção do Planeta Terra a muito longo prazo, promovendo a regeneração de ecossistemas, valorização da biodiversidade e das paisagens naturais;
   
   

2. Desenvolver a literacia da Vida sustentável, sensibilização da sociedade para os desafios da sustentabilidade do Planeta Terra;
   
   

3. Incentivar uma economia regenerativa que reconhece e valoriza os ecossistemas e a sua biodiversidade, que é inovadora e ambientalmente sustentável;
   
   

4. Contribuir para uma governação do Planeta Terra, através da participação humana responsável, assente em valores éticos definidos no Código de Ética e orientada pelo conhecimento científico.

A Fundação muda o paradigma ‘do Ser Humano como proprietário da terra/solo’ para ‘o Ser Humano como guardião da terra/solo e da Vida’. Há mais de 250 ano atrás era possível ‘um Ser Humano ser dono de outro Ser Humano’; hoje isso já não é possível. Acreditamos que o mesmo se irá passar com a Terra - hoje pensamos que ‘o Ser Humano pode ser dono da Terra’ daqui a alguns anos, talvez gerações, isso deixará de ser possível. A Fundação é um instrumento ao serviço desta ideia.

A Fundação é um dos ecosistemas na ecologia de inovação do Innovations for the Future. Um instrumento ao serviço de todos nós.

O Ivan Sellers sonhou, melhor dizendo, teve a visão. Desafiou a Filipa e o Claudian, que tem estado a co-criar a Terra Livre (https://www.terra-livre.org/). E depois desafiaram o Marco. A aventura começou há cerca de 3 anos atrás. Hoje envolve muitas pessoas, directamente mais de 50 que servem nos orgãos sociais, em escritórios de advogados, fiscalistas e contabilistas. E muitos amigos que deram a dádiva do seu tempo, experiência, conhecimento. 

A Fundação é criada com uma primeira doação de terra, cerca de 1800 ha na Idanha-a-Velha e com 254.000 eur de capital.

O próximo passo é pedir a autorização do Governo Português para a Fundação poder exercer a sua missão. Este passo, só é possível após o passo da criação. Deverá ter uma duração de 1 ano.

The Terra Agora Foundation aims to contribute to the protection, conservation, regeneration and governance of Planet Earth, in particular its terrestrial part, a common good that the Foundation takes care of, seeking in particular:

The Foundation changes the paradigm 'from the Human Being as owner of the land/soil' to 'the Human Being as the guardian of the land/soil and of Life'. More than 250 years ago it was possible for 'a Human Being to own another Human Being'; today this is no longer possible. We believe that the same will happen with the Earth - today we think that 'the Human Being can own the Earth' in a few years, maybe generations, this will no longer be possible. The Foundation is an instrument at the service of this idea.

The Foundation is one of the ecosystems in the Innovations for the Future innovation ecology. An instrument at the service of all of us.

Ivan Sellers dreamed, or rather, had the vision. He challenged Filipa and Claudian, who has been co-creating Terra Livre (https://www.terra-livre.org/). And then they challenged Marco. The adventure started about 3 years ago. Today it involves many people, directly over 50 who serve in foundation boards, in law firms, tax specialists and accountants. And many friends who donated their time, experience, knowledge.

The Foundation is created with a first donation of land, about 1800 ha in Idanha-a-Velha and with 254,000 eur of capital.

The next step is to ask for authorization from the Portuguese Government so that the Foundation can carry out its mission. This step is only possible after the creation step. It must have a duration of 1 year.
