Learning and Sensing Journey a Tamera (ecoaldeia/ healing biotope) e Primeiro encontro dos gameworld builders de ecoaldeias e healing biotopes e I4F Nó de Odemira No passado fim de semana fizemos a LSJ a Tamera. Ver foto em anexo da equipa. O desenho que o Peter, Isabel e Joel colocaram em acção permitiu que cada um de nós se ligasse aos mais de 40 anos de história de Tamera, 25 dos quais em Portugal, e aos diferentes desafios e oportunidades como a água e os lagos, reflorestação, alimentação, a construção de comunidade, a ligação com as comunidades a volta, o tecido social, o papel dos mais velhos e a sua sabedoria, a educação dos mais novos, os rituais, o sagrado, o circulo de pedras, a aula e as matinés, neste caso com um dos fundadores Dieter Duhm. A celebração, os mergulhos nos lagos, a alimentação e participação na vida de comunidade, as aprendizagem de Tamera em relação ao tecido social e a passagem da liderança da geração mais velha para a geração mais nova. A inovação com a energia, água, sementes. As oficinas de costura, madeiras, artes, ervas. O convívio com as diferentes gerações, as refeições em comum, a celebração e a matiné em comum. O viver no Alentejo com o ritmo do Alentejo. O convívio, a conversa que importa, o cuidar. A sensação foi a de um abraço fraterno de amigos que nos acolhem na sua casa, amigos que tem muita experiência e sabedoria para partilhar e um coração grande. Convido a todos os que estiveram presentes que possam trazer as suas histórias. Para mim ficou uma imagem, do jantar do primeiro dia: estava eu numa mesa com mais 5 pessoas, uma de cada projecto, onde cada uma partilhava o seu sonho, o seu projecto e escutava dos outros os sonhos, o projecto, as dificuldades as necessidades. A LSJ já estava a acontecer a minha frente, as pessoas a ligarem-se, e a começarem conversas que importam, a imaginarem em conjunto. Vi esta imagem vezes sem conta este fim de semana. Uma emergência é aproveitar o re:build em Setembro e juntar os inovadores e empreendedores de Odemira no que pode vir a ser o nó do I4F em Odemira. See attached team photo. The design that Peter, Isabel and Joel put into action allowed each of us to connect to the more than 40 years of Tamera's history, 25 of which in Portugal, and to the different challenges and opportunities such as water and lakes, reforestation , food, community building, connection with surrounding communities, the social fabric, the role of the elderly and their wisdom, the education of the youngest, rituals, the sacred, the stone circle, the classroom and the matinees, in this case with one of Dieter Duhm's founders. The celebration, the dips in the lakes, the feeding and participation in community life, Tamera's learning about the social fabric and the passing of leadership from the older generation to the younger generation. Innovation with energy, water, seeds. Sewing, woodworking, arts, herbs workshops. Socializing with different generations, meals in common, celebration and matinee in common. Living in Alentejo with the rhythm of Alentejo. The conviviality, the conversation that matters, that care. The feeling was that of a fraternal hug from friends who welcome us into their home, friends who have a lot of experience and wisdom to share and a big heart. I invite everyone who was present to bring their stories. An image of the dinner on the first day remained for me: I was at a table with 5 more people, one from each project, where each one shared their dream, their project and listened to the others' dreams, the project, the difficulties, the needs. LSJ was already happening in front of me, people connecting, starting conversations that matter, imagining together. I saw this image over and over again this weekend. An emergency is to take advantage of the re:build in September and bring together Odemira's innovators and entrepreneurs in what could become the I4F node in Odemira.
